I found yoga in 1995 as a way to manage stress. At the time, I didn’t understand how it would transform my life.
As I trained as a dietician, the focus was illness driven. I soon shifted this focus to wellness to better serve my patients and myself. With yoga in my life, I was determined to incorporate my wellness background onto the yoga mat.
